Restoration Waterproofing Contractors, Inc., Wichita President Terry Sutherland has been with the company since 1976 when he began in the industry. A graduate of Wichita East High School, he has also attended seminars on business management and classes for certification on materials and applications for the restoration and contracting trade over his years in leadership at RWC. Terry has supervised many notable projects, saying there are far too many to just choose one. “I enjoy driving around Wichita and Kansas looking at all the wonderful projects we have completed over the years,” he said. “Working with excellent people and being able to solve customer’s problems on buildings is the most rewarding part of my job.”

Chad Pollet First Vice President of Restoration Waterproofing Contractors, Inc., in Wichita started in the restoration and contracting industry in 1997, and has been with RWC since 2009. He is certified in OSHA  and various different trainings. He has enjoyed supervising the Wichita Baseball Stadium, Delano Apartment Complex and Irwin Army Community Hospital in Ft Riley. “Self-gratification of working with others in the field, seeing a project through from start to finish, and driving by years later knowing we played a small part in it,” Chad said about how he finds his work rewarding.

David Falley, Second Vice President of RWC Topeka, was around residential construction as he grew up. He entered commercial restoration when he started with RWC in 1991. He took classes at both Washburn and KSU, and has certifications in OSHA 10-30, Level 3 ABAA installer and various others over his time at RWC as they have become available and/or been required. David’s notable projects supervised include Dyke Hall at KSU, Ft. Riley and Ft. Hays State Historical Site among many others. “I find it very rewarding to restore neglected and weathered buildings. Bringing them back to life is an honor and privilege while respecting the past,” David said.

Ed Parr holds a BA from Wichita State University and has been working in the construction industry since 1969. As Executive Vice President at Restoration Waterproofing Contractors, Inc., in Topeka, he has worked for RWC since 1973. Ed has spent most of his career overseeing jobs and employees in the office and field. He has enjoyed the employees he’s had the privilege of working with the most. He is a member of CSI.

Brad Tindell is an Assistant Vice President and Project Manager at Restoration Waterproofing Contractors, Inc. in Topeka. He has been with our company for 1999 and in the industry since 1998. Brand enjoys the variety of different scopes of work we cover.A few of Brad’s most notable projects supervised include the Topeka City Hall Masonry Restoration, the Sunflower Foundation Renovation of Menninger Hill and the VA Smokestack Masonry Restoration. His certifications include Level 3 ABAA installer, OSHA 10, OSHA 30 and aerial lift training. He is a member of AGCA, the SWR Institute, BOMA and CSI.

Jason Dougherty is a Kansas City Assistant Vice President at Restoration Waterproofing Contractors, Inc. He has been with our company since 2004, and in the industry since 1996. Jason is part of the Missouri Historic Preservation Society, and counts his notable projects with RWC as the 21c Hotel, the Pickwick Building Apartments, Swinney School and Norman School in Kansas City. Jason enjoys meeting new people, learning the history of different communities and building and completing projects old and new. His certifications include Project Management (PMP), ABAA Installer and OSHA 30.

Bob Downey is a Wichita Assistant Vice President at Restoration Waterproofing Contractors, Inc. He has been with our company since 2009. Bob is a member of AGC Kansas and the Air Barrier Association of America. His notable projects supervised with RWC include the Wichita State University Partnership Buildings 4 and 7, the Kansas Aviation Museum, and the Northwest Wichita Water Treatment Plant. Bob says the most rewarding part of being employed with RWC is working with great people to creating lasting solutions. He is ABAA Certified, Conproco Matrix Certified and Balco Expansion Assemblies Certified and a member of AGC of Kansas and the Air-Barrier Association of America.
