As buildings are exposed to weather and time, they can be in need of refurbishing. Such is the case with the Capitol Federal Bank building at Nall and 95th in Overland Park. Restoration and Waterproofing Contractors, Inc., was subcoRestoration and Waterproofing Contractors, Inc., is working on the new Southeast High School campus in Wichita. In the summer of 2014 a $60 million bond issue was passed to build the new school. RWC is working with Dondlinger Construction to install all of the below-grade waterproofing, damp-proofing, air barrier, sealants and the crystalline waterproofing for this project.
